QIBA are looking for an ELICOS PROGRAM MANAGER. The role is Brisbane based at our CBD campus in Margaret Street.
The Opportunity:
The Manager ELICOS Programs provides leadership and innovation to teachers and support staff involved in the delivery of English language programs, while overseeing the planning and delivery of English language training and assessment services across all campus locations (Brisbane, Sydney and Canberra).
Primary Objectives:
To provide thought leadership for all stakeholders in the ELICOS program and build committed student cohorts at our campus locations
To schedule classes, engage teachers/contractors and allocate training resources according to requirements
To maintain compliance with the national Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Training to Overseas Students 2007 and the Standards for RTOs 2015
To develop, review and improve policies, systems and procedures which ensure the day-to-day adherence to industry and government standards of quality and to protect and improve the status of QIBA.
To help build new income streams across English Language programs which may include: Group Study Tours for mature age students; Trans National Language Education Programs offshore; Online Courses for offshore students; TOEFL Test Preparation.
To work consultatively with the QIBA Program Managers, Marketing, Admission and Student Support Staff in order to achieve the highest levels of enrolments and the lowest levels of Risk possible.
The ELICOS management role may involve classroom delivery of ELICOS programs at the Brisbane campus, when time permits. The role may require occasional travel to the Sydney or Canberra campus at QIBA’s expense.
